Welcome to Trinity Episcopal Church! We hope you will give us a chance
to get to know you and that you will want to get to know us better.
We see our congregation as a tapestry. Each of us is unique, yet together
we are woven into a strong beautiful fabric that is the church family.
And we are still weaving! We gain strength, knowledge, faith and joy
from one another. Whether you are just visiting Statesville, curious
about Christianity, looking for a church home, or searching for a community
that will embrace you as you are, we welcome you warmly and unconditionally.
There is room at the table for you. Come share your faith journey with
us.
When you worship with us at Trinity
you will be met by a greeter as you enter for the 10:30 AM worship.
On your first visit you will
be invited to fill out a guest card. You will also be greeted by
an usher who will give you a service bulletin to guide you through
the service. You will not be singled out or embarrassed in
any way. You will worship God with us. Any member of the parish should
be happy to help in any way you need.
How Can I Be Involved? Our
congregation elects its lay leadership, the Vestry, to three year
terms. The Vestry members meet with the
Minister and Deacon once a month throughout the year, and serve as
liaisons to or chairs of their committees of church members. These
committees are made up of parishioners who give their time and energy
to put our faith into action. We urge you to become involved in the
work of this parish by joining one or more of these committees. Your
help is welcomed and will be greatly appreciated. Call
or email the church office ot let us know of your questions or
interest. We want to hear from you!
